DISCOVERING (3.09 – 3.74)

When it comes to some of the fundamentals of leadership, you still have notable room for improvement. You are encouraged to observe and take note of the behaviors from other great leaders. Once you have done this, try incorporating the new knowledge and techniques you acquired into your leadership practice. Consider pairing up with a mentor or coach to receive additional feedback on the constructs listed within Cast Your Line. By doing so, you will create a stronger foundation to lead from which you will increase your overall impact as a leader.

DEVELOPING (3.75 – 4.06)

You currently possess some of the fundamental skills and techniques needed to be a great leader. You likely are aware of your current leadership strengths and development opportunities but have yet to prioritize addressing the gaps that would round out your overall leadership ability. You are encouraged to reflect on your leadership journey thus far and start planning a path forward. Continue surrounding yourself with the people and materials you need to build upon the foundation you have created.

DEMONSTRATING (4.07 – 4.85)

You should feel good knowing that you are currently demonstrating many (if not all) of the fundamentals of leadership. As you continue to grow and advance to higher levels of leadership, periodically revisit the fundamentals outlined in Cast Your Line. Your reflection and insights will allow you to pay forward your wisdom to future leaders in a way that accelerates their growth.
